The cyclical changes in the Crypto Assets market have always been the focus of investors. Looking back at past bull runs, we can find that the end of each market cycle is often accompanied by one or two significant events.
In the last bull run, the first half of the market ended with Coinbase's listing and China's 519 document banning cryptocurrency mining. The climax of the second half was marked by the approval of Bitcoin futures ETFs.
The current market cycle shows a similar pattern. The upward trend in the first half of 2024 gradually subsided after the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs in Hong Kong. Following that, a wave of market activity from the end of the year to early 2025 came to a conclusion due to Trump's issuance of tokens on the Solana chain.
So, we can't help but ask, what will be the concluding event of this market cycle? There is a speculation that it may be related to the official listing of WLFI. If WLFI can launch on multiple major exchanges simultaneously and trigger a short-term wealth effect like Trump coin, it may push market sentiment to its peak. In this extreme FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) atmosphere, the market is very likely to experience a significant correction.
However, the future direction of the market remains full of uncertainty. As investors, we need to stay vigilant and closely follow market trends and potential key events in order to make more informed investment decisions. At the same time, we should also remember that past patterns may provide us with references, but they do not guarantee that the future will develop in the same way.
