If it holds here and doesn't give a breakeven at 4000 to welcome 5000, if ETH pulls back 20% here it will kill the long positions, all the alts will have a 50% Slump again. I think it's unlikely to give a breakeven for short positions below 4000, right? But it's hard to say, has the long positions been wiped out here? This could either be a bottom or it could fall again ending the bull run, and all the altcoins will drop by half.
